Cynthia Mckinney, Israel and International Law

As a Born and raised Palestinian Jew, and Ordained Rabbi, I have studied, researched and listened to both sides of the Palestinian and Zionist conflict. my first point of official information came from the stories of my great grandparents passed down to our families who left palestine during the Zionist Atrocities and establishment of the "State" of Israel. I will not say Palestinian and Jewish conflict because that is not an accurate description of what is really going on in the middle east. Zionism is not compatible with True Judaism and not all Jews are Zionist and Not all Zionist are really Jews or Israelites. Zionism is a political entity founded in Europe and is a political tool used to create havoc on indigenous populations, especially people of color, both Palestinian and Jewish. As Cynthia Mckinney has pointed out, the Israeli Prisons are filled with Black and Asian Jews(Beta Yisrael etc) who were tricked into false hopes of immigrating to the so-called Holy Land, only to find their hopes and dreams decimated. The discrimination against dark skinned Jews and Israelites of color has a dark history since the inception of Israel in 1948.
Under Zionism a man or woman from Europe who has no belief in god nor a desire to practice traditional Judaism is accepted as a Israeli Citizen without much question, but a devout dark skinned Jew/Israelite from Asian or African nations who loves his culture and heritage as a Hebrew is deemed suspect and has to undergo Orthodox Jewish conversion to be recognized as a citizen as if his heritage because of his color was defacto.
Let me also point out the mass suicides and lost of heritage and culture that has been reported amongst the Ethiopian Jews because of the sub-standard and inhumane living conditions and social stigmas they faced once they arrived in Israel. They were deemed so disgusting by the Government that their blood was thrown out everytime an Ethiopian gave blood at the blood bank. The Israeli Zionist government was also found to be performing chemical experiments on Mizrahi(Yemeni) and Saphardi Jewish children(my heritage also). This was of course after they were exposed(not publicly however) doing plutonium and nuclear experiments on gentile children, women and disabled people right here in the USA and had to relocate their satanic acts to the middle east. All of this is documented history(look up Zionist plutonium experiments).
This is all on top of their continued systematic extermination and genocidal acts against the indigenous Palestinians, why sorry excuses for Nations and the Lame United Nations stand by and do nothing, not even their own Arab brothers and sisters in the middle east. It always make me suspect what is really the reason why so many nations do nothing for the sake of righteousness but always stand up when its in their own special interests. Michael Jackson was correct in the Song. "They don't really care about us." You know people, nations, governments and societies by the fruits they produce and the attitudes they have in regards to those oppressed and exploited. In my understanding, Colonialism and Racial supremacy complex syndrome(a social psychological disorder that i have defined) of many Europeans has never changed and is still well and alive today and is the center and root cause of much of the worlds suffering. Israel is just their little baby that's growing into that same old monster thats been around for hundreds of years killing off, exploiting and taking land for indigenous peoples for their own expansion and gain. Its not really about money. They have all of that already, its about control and tyranny against anyone who doesnt lay their lives down and submitl!!! And Denial is the prime manifestation of those with psychological social imbalances. they want to make themselves believe they are the victims, while everyone else is out to get them and that they are perfectly normal while everyone else is crazy. Which is why people who stand up against Zionism are labeled anti-semites, delusional and un-patriotic and lunatics etc., when the Truth and fact is, Semites include Arabs, Persian(Iran), Palestinians and indigenous ethnic Jews. So exactly whose the Anti-Semite, whose living in a bubble world as if the world is centered around them and whose the one in delusions? You'll know them by their fruits and their relationship with humanity, justice and justness and their ability to follow that which is legal and right in accord to Natural Law.
Cynthia Mckinney dug deep into her ancient roots to feel and connect with a people who in todays world are the new "slaves". The Palestinians are being systematically enslaved, exterminated, exploited and treated in the same spirit, tyranny as the African American Slave. Thats right the Seed of Abraham, both the Palestinian Arabs and Black Jews are experiencing crimes against humanity in great proportions. Palestinians are not all light skinned people you see on TV and not all are Arab either.. Palestinian is a political term that refers to indigenous Arabs, black canaanites, the black people of Jerico, Turks, and Indigenous Jews/Israelites. It doesn't matter which side of the border they are on, they are all being discriminated against and experience hardship due to the Zionist regime.
The recent media buzz is in regards to Cynthia Mckinney and others who chose to defy an Israeli blockade of Gaza and deliver Humanitarian supplys to the people and children of Gaza. Of course brainwashed, near sighted White America asked the Question- Does Mckinney think she is above the law and how can she break the law of Israelis blockade and yet at the same time accuse Israel of being law breakers themselves..? No intelligent person would ask such a question if they were educated in the facts and truth of the matter.. But when one has forgotten its own roots in the establishment of Constitution and Laws of the United States of America, the original government that once ruled this land before it became a foriegn corporation called the U.S. Govt., they obviously would overlook a very important document that led to the very establishment of this Country. The Declaration of Independance. The same declaration, that had the American people themselves understood the Truth of their own falleness and current tyrannical government, would adhere too such a declaration in order to bring in a new Era of Justice and Justness for the sake of humanity and human dignity. As you read, compare below with factual continuous violations of International Law and crimes against Humanity by Israel Zionist Regime in its relationship to Palestinians.

HE has excited domestic Insurrection amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the Inhabitants of our Frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction, of all Ages, Sexes, and Conditions.
IN every Stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every Act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.
NOR have we been wanting in Attentions to our British Brethren. We have warned them, from Time to Time, of Attempts by their Legislature to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the Circumstances of our Emigration and Settlement here. We have appealed to their native Justice and Magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the Ties of our common Kindred to disavow these Usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our Connections and Correspondence. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the Rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
WE, therefore, the Representatives of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, in GENERAL CONGRESS Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly Publish and Declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be, FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political Connection between them and the State of Great-Britain, is, and ought to be, totally dissolved; and that as FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which INDEPENDENT STATES may of Right do. And for the Support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of DIVINE PROVIDENCE, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
That which is underlined shows forth exactly the same spirit of the Zionist towards the Palestinians and even their own people in Israel. Our country was founded on the fact that we should not obey and even fight and struggle against Tyrannical governments that exploit and violate human rights. Strange that such a country as the United States would have such a document considered that the Europeans did just that to the Native American Indians whom they deemed savages for fighting the colonialists for their own freedoms, rights and land and how they treated African Slave in the name of Legal Law.
So the question is, Did Cynthia Mckinney think she was above the Law or did she break any laws for trying to deliver humanitarian aid to the Gazans by boat while the Land was under Israeli Naval Blockade? the Facts speak for itself, the answer is no!!!! Any Country that violates every international law, commits crimes against humanity and has a blatant disregard for human life should be fought against, even if it means illegally delivering humanitarian supplys like crayons and books to suffering Palestinians. South Africans fought against the Europeans during the Apartheid era, with Israel as one of the financial backers of Apartheid, and the African people prevailed. Yet those who fought against the apartheid regime were labeled terrorist, trouble makers, breakers of the law etc......their actions of resistance was at the time illegal.. Should we go back and condemn them(african freedom fighters) for breaking apartheid laws?
I applaud and endorse Cynthia Mckinney for her stance against what many others would turn a blind eye or would be afraid to stand up and speak out about.
When the American people finally catch up with the Facts that the rest of the International community understand and know about Israel as one of the most cruelest, racist, neo-colonial regimes and its crimes against humanity, they will no longer allow the US government to have defacto outdated immoral foreign policies that is supporting and financially backing this Rouge Regime with American Tax dollars. Zionist and their continued atrocities will end as apartheid ended in South Africa. A victory for peace, Palestinian and black Jewish justice and Justness and a true chance for the development of a spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood in the middle east... of course then, the fight for the Truth can then be carried on to the rest of the World.
An injustice anywhere, is an Injustice Everywhere!!!! I call on the UN and the International Community to stop playing games with the lives of the poor, the oppressed and the suffering and be fair to all and stand up against those who practice social and political injustice wherever it may be. Then and only then will the Light Shine forth and be arisen upon you as a great world family!!!
